Katy Baxter Andersen (Oslo, Norway) is a PR consultant and copywriter with over 20 years´ agency and in house experience. Based in Norway since 1996, she specialises in internal and external communications for companies operating in technical and industrial markets. Katy is a graduate of Cambridge University (UK) and speaks four languages.
Stefano Cazzani (Milan, Italy) started his career in engineering and has spent the last 20 years as a technical writer and translator. He has close ties to the major technology publishers in Italy and regularly contributes articles to both print and online media.
Sheelagh Connelly (Derby, UK) has worked as a PR practitioner over the past 19 years with technology companies both in-house and for agencies. Clients have been diverse, from first round start ups to international players, and have included Cognos, DfES, HP and Time Computers. She is experienced in delivering successful PR campaigns both strategic and tactically. Sheelagh is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
Nick Daines (Nottingham, UK) is a PR consultant and writer with fourteen years' communications experience for technology companies in a broad range of sectors. He has worked with clients such as Vodafone, Cisco Systems, Sony and HP, as well as many smaller companies and start-ups. He holds a CIM Diploma in Marketing and a degree in Physics.
Philippe Faure (Nr. Nantes, France) is a marketing and communication consultant with over twenty years experience in hi-tech industries. Very familiar with IT and web technologies involved in today's communication, he has implemented a variety of communication programs covering PR, advertising or events on an international basis. Philippe holds an MSc in Physics and Material sciences.
Anja Maria Hastenrath (Munich, Germany) Anja held the position of Director Technology at global PR agency Porter Novelli Germany. Prior to joining Porter Novelli, she headed operations and account management at Positio Europe GmbH, a technology focused PR agency headquartered in San Jose, California. Anja has worked in public relations promoting a range of technologies from PV solar to semiconductors. Anja studied languages and political sciences in Germany and business administration in England.
James Johnson (Barcelona, Spain) James has a very wide range of multimedia, 3D, video and web development experience. Before becoming an independent consultant, he was head of multimedia at the Natural History Museum in London. He speaks English and Spanish and is based in Barcelona. He studied Biology and Computer Science at the University of Southampton, UK.
Bob Jones (Nr. Bath, UK) founded TechnoPR in 2006. He has over 20 years' experience in running technology PR and marketing communications businesses and has built a global network of like-minded partners during that time. Bob studied Electronic and Electrical Engineering at the University of Bangor, Wales and has an MA in Marketing. He was elected a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 1996.
Nuala Moran (Audlem, UK) is a science and technology writer with over twenty years’ experience. She has been Innovation Editor of the Independent on Sunday, Managing Editor of Nature, Deputy Editor of Computer Weekly and contributed to the Financial Times IT Review from 1992 to 2006. Nuala is skilled in distilling complex scientific and technical information for audiences ranging from investors and shareholders to end users. In 2006 she was named as a Science Journalism Laureate by Purdue University. Nuala is a graduate of the University of Manchester (UK).
Dick Oram (Guildford, United Kingdom) has over 30 years' experience in the management and marketing of technology businesses. He has held various senior global and European executive roles and was most recently a Director of Europe for Murata, a leading Japanese electronic materials and components company, and Chairman of Murata UK. He is an enthusiastic supporter of environmentally responsible, hi-tech development and believes that this sector will continue to produce significant growth for the UK.
Lars Thorsell (Stockholm, Sweden) began his career as applications engineer and product manager in the power electronics industry, rising to the position of Strategic Marketing Director of Ericsson Microelectronics AB. He became an independent consultant in 2002. Lars has worked closely with TechnoPR founder, Bob Jones, for more than 20 years. He holds a BSEE Degree from Stockholm Technical Institute.
Pepi Tobaruela (Barcelona, Spain) has a degree in journalism from the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona. She has worked for the last ten years as a web and multimedia specialist. She has developed web sites and e-marketing materials for a number of different sectors. Pepi speaks English, Catalan, Spanish and some Italian.
Donna Wilson (Fremont, CA, USA) has a wealth of technology PR experience at a senior level, both client-side and in agencies. Her skills encompass promotions, media and press relations, public relations, account management, training/development and strategic planning. Previous roles include that of Director of Communications at Qimonda and Public Relations Manager at Qimonda. Donna has a BA in Public Relations from San Jose State University.
